Refund & Return Policy

At The Relief Lab, your comfort comes first. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

30-Day Comfort Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund.

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect items

  • Unopened and unused products in original condition

For hygiene and health reasons, used wearable wellness items (such as migraine caps, compression wraps, sleep masks, etc.) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at infectiousbotany@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send return instructions (if applicable).

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send a replacement at no cost.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Clearance items

  • Used wearable wellness products (unless damaged)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
